SMART Goal - is this just for MS or is it for everyone? Unclear.... Your Action Plan could be more specific - what activities will you PLC specifically do to enhance your teaching? Look that over and provide a bit more detail. Have you sent your technology plan to your building Vertical team facilitator? If not, be sure you do that. (Dr. C)

Are your SMART Goals all based around technology? What would be your SMART Goal around your art instruction? (Tim)
