You are very specific in your SMART goal. That will help you tremendously as we dive into what your students need and drive your instruction. What additional support will you provide each other? i.e. - observations, webinars, look at other resources, bring in other resources, rubrics, etc.
When will you check for fluency in your small group instruction?
What will your PLC be specifically looking at from your classroom to see if fluency is getting better? That would be in addition to your AIMSweb data.

Great rationale, using data, to determine area of need for this year's students! I want to challenge you, however, to use more formative data to determine student progress along the way and use a data wall to track success on each GLB. Looking at data only 3 time per year is not often enough. What classroom assessments do you have that might inform your instruction on a formative level? What about your running records? (Dr.C)
We plan to use the AIMSweb progress monitoring piece for our data wall also. So that will be weekly or bi-weekly, not just 3 times a year.
